1. Eligibility and Categories
Eligible Countries
"This contest is open to residents of Malaysia, Indonesia, and Japan and is divided into the following age categories."
Categories
・Under12
（Kindergarten & Elementary School Level）
・Ages 13–18
（Middle & High School Level）
・Ages 19 and Above
（University Level & Adults）

2. How to Participate
Registration
"Please register through the contest-specific link (available starting November 2)."
Download the Coloring Sheet
"After completing registration, download the designated coloring sheet from the provided link."
How to Color
"Coloring must be done by hand; digital processing is not allowed."

3. Submission of Artwork
Submission Deadline
"The submission deadline is January 31, 2025, by 23:59. Submissions after this deadline will be invalid."
Submission Method
"Please submit the completed artwork using the designated submission link."
File Format
"Artwork files must be in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format and limited to images under 10MB."
4. Copyright and Usage Rights
Copyright
"Copyright of all submitted artworks belongs to the participants."
Usage Rights
"The organizers hold the right to use submitted artworks for promotion, exhibition, NFT creation, and other marketing activities free of charge. When artworks are used, participant credit will always be displayed."

5. Judging Criteria
Originality
"Creativity and unique expression will be valued."
Technical Skill
"Techniques in color usage and coloring will be evaluated."
Theme Relevance
"Adherence to the theme of 'A Future Filled with Love and Joy' will be evaluated."

6. Prohibited Actions
Copyright Infringement
"Works that infringe on others' copyrights or are digitally processed will be disqualified."
Rule Violations
"Participants will be immediately disqualified if any rule violations are identified."
Fraudulent Activity
"Fraudulent activities (such as using multiple accounts for unfair voting) are strictly prohibited, and participants will be disqualified if detected."
7. Announcement of Results
Announcement Date
"The contest results will be announced in Kuala Lumpur on February 18, 2025."
Announcement Method
"Results will also be posted on the official website and social media channels."

"Winners will be notified individually by email."

"However, any costs related to creating and submitting the artwork (such as printing fees and internet connection charges) are the participant's responsibility."
